Hello all, this is my first time here so apologies if something is missed or in the wrong place.

I want to create a python 3.8.12 virtual env with apache-airflow[postgres,google]==2.0.2 installed on it. But python.org has no macos installer available so installed python 3.8.12 from the tar file. Now creating a virtual env for this python has no pip available.
please suggest how to install apache-airflow[postgres,google]==2.0.2 on this virtual env.
