I've been using Pi's OS, "Buster", which includes Python 3.7.3 and Pygame 1.9.4 and have had no problems.
Just tried the latest Pi OS-release, "Bullseye", which includes Python 3.9.2 and Pygame 1.9.6, and it has: 1) a fatal error when I try to create a pygame.camera, and 2) pygame is playing all .mp3's at approximately 2x speed.
Same short test code in both cases.
Anybody have any experience with this? I realize I might be posting in the wrong topic/forum, so would also appreciate any advice on where to post....
