I have read help, but did not find an info about insert image with URL icon. Can you point me to that ? What is the image URL ?

It is the same as any URL, a web address for your image file. I think most people who post images use a file hosting service. I've never done it.

You may find it easier to use an attachment, though I don't know if this option is available to you.

And, as I mentioned before, posting images is frowned upon. Never post screenshots of code or error messages.
