I'm using Python 3.11 which was installed on my Raspberry PI 5 by default.

My project depends on ppa:deadsnakes/ppa...
ie. sudo add-apt-repository -y ppa:deadsnakes/ppa

The above results in:

I have no idea how to fix this...could someone point me in the right direction?

The answer to this Ubuntu question may solve this, namely install the python3-launchpadlib package (or perhaps alternately the launchpadlib module from pypi).
