I dont really know how to code so i need someone to code a custom Artificial Intelligence Machine.
The AI Machine has to have Facial Recognition.
The machine someday hopefully could be used to prevent the next 9/11 attack so i need it to be able to scan images of people/videos of people and then tell me their name and information about them. I knw and understand how to train the machine but i dont understand/know how to build it.
