Full Version: Repost isinstance not outputting any statements

My code is not outputting anything when using isinstance. This is shown at the end of the code. I tried inputting year 1 and tla_2=1, and no output occurred. Is my isinstance statement wrong. Am I for looping incorrectly? For this output statement, nothing occurs
