Seeking Django 1.9.7 Python 3.4 PostgreSQL 3.6.3 github heroku cloudinary person to work on www.pp3.cloud, which tracks 21,600 political prisoners. Photos are in cloudinary.
Employs one half-time researcher in India ($400 / month). Heroku/PostgreSQL fee is $225 / month.
