We are welcome to asking for a tutorial in "Tutorial request" topic but I can't post there. How would happen?

Im trying to think where would be the best place to put it. Ideally Tutorials would be, but i dont think i can make a single thread unlocked in a locked forum. I might have to rename tutorial submission to tutorial submission/requests and sticky it there.

This reminds me that the resources thread was also suppose to be postable by all users.

I'm confused. I swear we had this. I remember posting in it saying I would do a regex tutorial.

Yeah i know. I looked for it on this forum, and on the old forum and i couldnt find it.

I think i got it to the way i was expecting. I made thread link stickies in the tutorials for tutorial requests and resources...while the threads themselves are in the sub forum in which allows all users to post to them.
