I'm sorry, I didn't know where to report, so I have found this forum.

Here, in the description of Nosy package , there's a url:

If you click on that NOSE, suddenly, instead of anything related to this package, there's an alarm-page about drug-prescription and so on. Since I'm not sure it's by design, I decided to report.

This forum does not have anything to do with PyPi packages, other than using them, and perhaps helping with the creation of new ones.
You need to contact the Python Software Foundation here: https://www.python.org/psf/

Thank you very much for the response :) I get that this forum is not really related to PyPi, meanwhile, I hoped to see a person like you, who can show me the right direction :) So I'm happy now, thank you very much :)

I wrote to psf@python.org about it and feel like I'm writing directly to a president about my school problems. Anyway, dunno what to do with it. Thank you very much again!

It should be reported to pypi security,
not Python Software Foundation,but no problem they probably send you the same link to PyPi security.
