I am newbie and i want to study about website develop and smart contract.
Anybody know where can i register to study ? Because i want to start to very basic.

In answer to the original poster: start as basic as learning programming before worrying too much about the higher level stuff. Start by learning Python (lots of resources here) and/or Javascript (which I mention because you say "website").
