Job Description:
• 5+ years of software development experience
• Strong and Hands on experience in Python programming
• A solid grounding in Computer Science fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, and deftness at object-oriented design and systems architecture
• Solid understanding of Object Oriented design and concepts
• Familiarity with distributed systems, asynchronous messaging, and network protocols
• Knowledge of service-oriented architecture and micro services
• Working experience with Docker Container
• Great understanding of database theory and solid experience in at least one relational DBMS.
• Exposure cgi, networking languages
• Experience and/or knowledge of network protocols, such as TCP/IP
• Experience with or basic understanding of telecommunications systems concepts and/or signal processing
• Experience with Configuration Management tools, such as Puppet, Chef, or Salt
• Strong Experience with Linux, Unix platform
• Strong understanding of fundamental network protocols.
• Strong debugging skills.
• Experience with network troubleshooting and telemetry tools.
• Familiarity with virtualization platforms, particularly VMware/KVM
• Experience with Cisco, Juniper networking equipment would be added advantage
Nice to have and would be added advantage:
• Familiarity with tunneling protocols (VXLAN,)
• Familiarity with routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, ISIS, MPLS).
