| Spam in any form or fashion that is unsolicited or bulk advertisements posted on the forums will be removed ASAP. This includes users post hopping with relevant content to post spam later on. The user will be banned, all their content deleted, and their login information be sent to Stop Forum Spam to be blocked from other sites as well. This is easily done with one purge spammer button for any team member on the forum.
For any repeat offenders their IP address will be server blocked. We block common spam phrases and can add to this at any time for custom spam attacks. Often times spammers will post relevant content with a link to their site. Or they will post a few relevant posts to get out of the line of sight, then post spam later on. If you believe a post contains spam or spam links, please report the post so that team members can determine if it is spam and remove it if it is. |
