Thanks Snippsat,

It seems I dont have a scripts folder.

I have python 2.7.16 which doesn't come with pip according to the guy on this link:

I've been researching the software that Im using and they all(mostly) ship with they're own python distribution, so I can use whatever python version I want when outside of the packages.

So Im switching to python 3 without delay!!
