Well, to clarity, the forum is not 64 bit, your operating system is 64 bit. What browser software are you using? Are you running any Internet security software or Virus software? When you go to the main URL (https://python-forum.io) do you see a "lock" in the address bar (if using Chrome), or do you get a "warning"? Is it that you just cannot login? If you have an existing account, you should not be getting a Kaptcha when you login. Are you trying to create a new account? You really need to provide detailed information about what you are doing and the results.
