Hello Everyone.
i am new here and beginner in flask. I have a problem with installing flask and all package with pip. I tried "pip install flask" and "C:\Program Files (x86)\Python37-32\Scripts>pip install flask" . But it's not working

As for your problem - the image you tried to link to is on your local machine, it's not uploaded anywhere, so we can't see it. That aside, we'd really rather you copy-paste the text rather than provide a screenshot.
