I am newbie to python and the forums.
I have a question that I wanted to ask and attach my sample data.
How do I attache a csv file?

Under the text box for a post/reply, is a section for attachments.
But since that's just text, you should just put the first 5-10 lines in a code block, so we can look at it without having to download a file.

As a new user, there is restriction - you can attach files after 5 posts.
