Our client is building the first digital platform for timber trading between Europe and Asia. Driven by the long-overdue digitization of the wood industry, they are excited about its new potential. As a team of entrepreneurs, purchasing experts, sales and process enthusiasts, they combine functional expertise with a digital background. Fascinated by the multitude of sustainable use cases of timber, they are taking this legacy industry into the 21st century.
Right now, they are looking for an ambitious Full-Stack Developer to join their team. You will be maintaining and developing the platform, shape the tech stack, develop additional microservices for internal automation.
Besides an opportunity to join an ambitious startup, the company offers company equity, an opportunity to work up to 5 days a week remote and various team gatherings.
Salary range is up to 5800 EUR gross per month
NOTE: Ideally the client is looking for someone living in Berlin or around (or willing to relocate) in order to visit the office at least 2 times a week. But also willing to consider candidates from the EU and CIS.
Must have skills:
Self-driven attitude (want to do more than just following the requirements)
Confidence to deal with the whole stack (you will have tasks from DevOps to frontend and UI)
Angular 8 and Python (as they are core to the stack)
Postgres
Good to have skills:
Experience in managing tech teams
Startup experience
Google Cloud
