Every time that I create a new venv I am warned that I should update pip.
I have several questions?
1 - Why would anyone not want to update pip to the latest version when creating a new venv?
2 - Is there some reason why creating a new venv does not automatically update pip? or perhaps with an option on venv to not update pip?
The way it is now, it creates considerable extra work and, for newcomers, it is somewhat unfriendly.

It bothers me as well, but I grin and bear it.
Since we are not the creators of python or pip, there's nothing that we (python-forum.io) can do about it.
pip is written by http://pip.pypa.io original author Ian Bicking.
Perhaps ask them?
