Issue with uninstalling Python that is driving me crazy - traxus - Mar-30-2024

Hello,

I had python 3.10.10 and 3.11.1 installed to use to run ai programs like stable diffusion and comfy ui. I wanted to do a complete reinstall since python was taking quite a bit of space and I messed up settings to a point where i was like "screw it". I made a mistake which was i uninstalled files in c drive then tried to uninstall python in the control panel. the program was looking for files that werent there and would reach fatal errors so I was like "okay ill use wiztree and revo uninstaller to find every file." Even after getting rid of all python folder in reg and elsewhere, the installer keeps saying that python 3.10.10 is installed and when trying to install elsewhere it instantly gives fatal error. Ive went to task manager and ended the msi proccess but nothing worked. Theres no .py program inside the windows settings/default apps. I tried to install old and new versions of python but it will always claim that whatever version im downloading is already installed, which is weird cause I only ever had 3.10.10 and 3.11.1.

I'm at my last ropes here I don't know why the program wont just let me install a new version or just recognize that there is no python installed anymore. Anyone got any ideas on how to remove python further so I can just reinstall?

Log from fatal error will be enclosed in this post.
