What are the best and easiest options to build e-commerce mobile app with kivy?

They are attempting to create a free and open database of all products, barcodes,
and pictures of every product sold.
If you plan to sell off the shelf products, this will be a great help

Kivy is for python mobile apps well as django oscar is a library for creating ecom websotes
