Utilization= Closed rental days / available rental days Closed RD= Number of rentals of the month * length of rentals Available rental days = Nb of vehicles * Nb of days in a month

I would say optimum is the number of cars every licensees needs to have based on the numbers of revenue he made in the past month? or option 2 Number of cars to reach the minimum utilization of 80%
