Trying to use python-nmap but receiving however python2 or 3 can't find PortScanner.

add following to your script, e.g. inside if __name__ == '__main__': block
quick and dirty:

import os
print(os.path.abspath(nmap.__file__)

or using inspect module from Standard Library:

import inspect
print(inspect.getfile(nmap))
