I cannot figure out this error

I am unable to make the python code run that I have found at this site:

The error is in the import section at the top of the program. It is something like

unable to import merge from keras.layers/

I am using Keras 2.3.1.

I have attached a screenshot of the error. I am very new to keras and i am not sure what they are talking about.

This I found online it seems to be similar to my error.
