Create new dictionary

If I have the following two dictionaries.

person1 = {
    "name" : "fred"
    "age" : 31
}

person2 = {
    "name" : "bob"
    "age" : 35
}

Can I easily create

person = {
   "name" : ("fred", "bob")
   "age" :(31, 35)
}
