Quick question, If I need to download 30 days of data, should I multiply 24 hours by 30?
before:

start_time = datetime.combine(date.today(), time(), tzinfo=timezone("US/Pacific"))
end_time = start_time + timedelta(hours=24)

After:

start_time = datetime.combine(date.today(), time(), tzinfo=timezone("US/Pacific"))
end_time = start_time + timedelta(hours=720)
