You can also change the theme via the quick theme select drop down option at the bottom right hand side of every page.

Good to know. 

The one time i had problems with that method VS the UserCP method was with the mobile theme. Not that it matters now because its no longer active due to its problems...but if we get it again, for some reason that drop down method corrupted the mobile theme.
