Fix Memory Error while installing a library for Qgis

Hi!

I have been trying to install one complement for a GIS software (QGis). The complement is installed by the software, using python. However it does not work. For that reason I tryed to install it manually, but I got a Memory error. Acording to the complete message returned back from python. Is there any solution for this memory error? Or maybe, there is another thing been anoying? How can I fix it? If you can explain easy it would be the best, because i am a beginner user of python (pyton27)
