It would seem so, but (and dare I say it) as each new distro comes out, it's larger than the last and requires more memory as well as dropping older hardware to make room for the newer stuff. Not much of a problem on newer computers, but on older units (my XP laptop for example) they just don't have the minimum requirements. I think that it's these 'older' machines they are targeting.
If it ain't broke, I just haven't gotten to it yet.
