Please be aware that just under the main python directory for each install, there is a directory named scripts the pip to use that is associated with that version of python will be in that directory. So if the version is not in your path, you can still install if you execute pip directly from the scripts directory Do a listing first as there may be two versions, pip.exe and pip3.exe if so, use pip3 for python 3.
