Setup failed 0x80070005

I turned off the firewall and the anti-virus, I used the admin rights and I also followed the instructions of how to install python and it happens the same. Could it be something wrong with the bios, because when I turn on the computer, it doesn't appear the bios options.

While fixing this issue you might have to try a few steps, as above stated it might be because of antivirus or firewall, or reboot your PC, after doing so if the error still there try these steps;

1; Switch your internet connection.
2; Run windows update troubleshooting.
3; Reset Software Distribution Folder.
