Upgrade Setuptools on Python 3.4

Thank you for your answer, but it doesn't help me.

My workstation with python doesn't have Internet access.

pip install --upgrade pip

Requirement already up-to-date: pip in c:\python34\lib\site-packages

pip install crypto

Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement crypto (from versions:)
No matching distribution found for crypto
