Why isn't ImageGrab.save working

So I just started on a python project. I'm using ImageGrab to save a screenshot of the screen so that it can play a game. Anyways, I can't figure out why I can't find the pic. It's supposed to,because of where my .py file is located, go to my desktop. Also another thing is if I can get ImageGrab to take a screen shot of my monitor rather than my the screen it is run on.
