Can't uninstall PyCharm

I can't uninstall PyCharm. When I try, even when I double-click uninstall.exe in the installation folder, I get this error:

Uninstall hasn't detected folder of PyCharm Community Edition installation. Probably uninstall.exe was moved from the installation folder.

I'm trying to uninstall and reinstall everything so I can get Kivy working. Should I just delete the installation folder or what?
