I must admit I really tried, but I couldnt make sense of it and have the code do what I want.

I am a bit stuck unfortunately, and as a beginner I am probably punching a bit above my weight in this project. I think I will leave this project be for a couple of days and come back to it when I figured something clever out, afterall, it is a pretty simple exercise I am looking to do:
1. Create a dataframe with X and Y coordinates in for 500 rows
2. Define polygon
3. Check whether these coordinates are within Polygon
4. Return with True or False (preferably in new dataframe in a column next to the 500 rows)
