matplotlib pip install error

yesterday i encoutered the same problem

the issue is that matplotlib version of today is not compatible with the python 3.8 compiler

please try to install python 3.7.5 compiler

(i am a beginner to python, and it was a pain in the ass to get pip and pycharm working again on the other compiler)

but here i am, this way i got out of the problem
