"cant find python.exe"

Hi, hope you can help me, i am having a bad time.

I am trying to run a 3d printing software but it shows this message
"Cant find python.exe, Please ensure have installed Python operating environment"

I dont know what to do
I have installed like 3 different versions of python

Please heelp
