Read content of GitHub file

It worked for my personal GitHub , Thanks @buran
But when i tried for Organizational Github ,I couldn't able to get repo and file content.

from github import Github
g = Github(base_url="organization.github.com", login_or_token="access_token")
repos = g.get_user().get_repo("codetest")
a = repos.get_contents("new.txt")
print(a.content)
