AttributeError when installing PIP

Hi all,

I'm getting this error when installing pip:

AttributeError: 'module' object has no attribute 'Transport'

I'm on Windows10 using python version 2.7.16 and using get-pip.py (https://bootstrap.pypa.io/get-pip.py)for the installation.



I'm a bit flumoxed on how to fix this.
