first project read from xslx get only 1 column\row?

Hello
I have xlsx file with 6 columns with 100 rows ~ .
the first thing I want to do is :
Read column A see the data , insert him to a list if it's not appear already
so I will have a list of all the names in this column


which package it will be best to use ?
