Geo dataset help

Hi guys am new to Machine Learning and i found a dataset that i wanted to try my skills on. Its a dataset that has geo coordinates and i have to plot a map. First i have to prep the data by transforming it from wide to long data. I am stuck at this point. I am using Jupyter notebooks. I have attached the dataset and
  InterviewChallenge.xlsx (Size: 8.89 KB / Downloads: 2) would appreciate help on how to deal with this dataset.
