I personally agree, but you will still run into strings like:
# The string: My first name is Jack but I can't remember my Last name.
poor_jack = "My first name is Jack but I can't remember my Last name."
The alternative is:
poor_jack = 'My first name is Jack but I can''t remember my Last name.'
