After making a few more attempts at it after finding this (benalexkeen.com/linear-programming-with-python-and-pulp-part-5/) I still cannot get python to do what I want it to do.
I still believe the task is relatively simple, but my lack of knowledge is this issue. So, if someone will code a solution for me, I will pay $210 (assuming approximately 3.5 hours of work at $60 per hour).
Any takers?
