EDIT: Looking more into it - it seems more alternative to Google Colab, with notebook in the cloud

Look like it,with collaboration features to make that easier.
Will test out some time to see how other features like Code intelligence(intelligent autocomplete) and easier interactive plots(Inbuilt Dataframe Visualization) works.
