[PyQt] [Solved]Multiply a number to a DoubleSpinBox

I do have one more questions though:

(1) I got the QsqlTableView formatted to my GUI but now there's a gray box in the top left corner of the screen/GUI under the Window/App name and I don't know what it is, or how it got there (I have attached a screenshot of the GUI/Screen). Why is that there and how do I get rid of it?
