If you are seeing this in a window with a black background, you are in the 'cmd' terminal. It is telling you which directory you are currently in, in this case, the
C:\Users\sylvain
directory. If you type dir
you will see a listing of all the files and directories under that location. If you type python
at the prompt, you will be taken to the python terminal (provided you have Python set up correctly).
If it ain't broke, I just haven't gotten to it yet.
