Have you tried
make sure both pip versions are up to date first, for example: pip2 install --upgrade pip
pip2.7 install beautifulsoup4 # or what ever the file name isyou might be able to just use "pip2 install filename " if you only have the 2 Python versions installed

If it ain't broke, I just haven't gotten to it yet.
