isocalendar value converted back to start of week.

Is it even possible to convert the isocalendar value for the week back to the first day of the week?
E.G. week 1 of 2018 converts back to Jan 1 2018.

I have no idea what you're talking about, but I suspect I could figure it out if you provided some code :)
