I'm trying to get Wingware to work with no luck

I've installed Python and Wingware Personal but everytime I run a program I get this message at the bottom:

User Debugger: Debug process exited PID 3004 Not listening

I have no clue what is going on or what I gotta do to fix it.

Okay I'm good now. I had to go into Project Properties and make an adjustment.
