Python 3.6/3.7 and pip installation under Windows
If follow this then 3.7 will your main version in Windows Path.
# Check Python
λ python -V
Python 3.7.0
# Check pip
C:\
λ pip -V
pip 18.1 from c:\python37\lib\site-packages\pip (python 3.7)
# install pyinstaller,as pip as shown will install into 3.7
C:\
λ pip install pyinstaller

# Now will pyinstaller use 3.7

λ pyinstaller --onefile foo.py
If i want to use 2.7,i go into
C:\Python27\Scripts
from command line folder and use
pyinstaller.exe
from there.
But 2.7 should not at all be the main version in Windows Path,as it soon will die
