looking for a help doc about Python on Windows
#1
i want to have a copy of and/or a URL pointing to a document that tells people how to install Python3 and how to download, store, enable, and run Python scripts and modules. i have no means to try anything in it, myself, so i am looking for good judgement by others about accuracy (including support for Windows 10) and quality (usable by programmers and sales people and anyone else). i am intending this to be a guide i give out to users of my scripts.

What do you call someone who speaks three languages? Trilingual. Two languages? Bilingual. One language? American.
